Family ceremony

Digital mundan invitation

Invite family to your child's mundan with one link: the muhurat time, the temple or home with a map link, and RSVPs. Relatives far away can leave wishes too.

When it happens: Often in the child's first or third year, on a date the family priest suggests, at home or at a temple.

The live demo naamkaran guest page on a phone: clay parents beside the baby's cradle, Baby Srivastava's Naamkaran, Sun, 20 Dec 2026, Lucknow, two functions and an RSVP now button.
The live example is a naamkaran page. Yours shows your child's mundan.

Every guest page has

What a mundan guest page should carry

  • The muhurat time and the place with its map link. If the mundan is at a temple out of town, put the drive time and a landmark in the venue notes.

  • If the ceremony and the lunch are at different places, add each as its own function and venue, so guests know where to go next.

  • Keep it to family if you like: set the page to open only with an invite code or a password.

Mundan questions hosts ask

There is no mundan option. What do I pick?

On the website, pick Something else and type Mundan; in the app, type it under Or name it yourself. Name the celebration as you like, such as 'Kabir's Mundan'; that is what guests see. There is no special mundan design: the page shows your own name, date, functions and cover photo.

Where do the photos from the day go?

Into the gallery on the same page. You add yours, and guests on your list sign in with the phone number or email you saved for them to add theirs.
