What a roka guest page should carry
The time and the venue with its map link. A roka is often at one family's home, so put the house number and a landmark in the venue notes.
Keep it quiet until you announce: set the page to open only with an invite code or a password, then switch it to anyone with the link.
Build the guest list once. Add the roka as the first function of your wedding celebration, and add haldi, mehndi and the rest to the same list later.

Is there a roka option when I create the celebration?
Pick Engagement, or pick Something else and type Roka. Either way, name the celebration as you like, such as 'Meera and Rohan's Roka'; that is what guests see. When the type says roka, the schedule offers Roka, Ring ceremony and Dinner as one-tap function names.
Can the roka and the ring ceremony be on one link?
Yes. Add each as a function with its own date and time, and add each place as a venue. Guests who say they are coming tick the functions they will attend, so you see a headcount for each.
