Cancellation policy

How you can stop using Eventos Hub, avoid future charges, and request account closure. Last updated April 2026.

Operator. Bindal Infotech operates Eventos Hub. This policy describes cancellation of your use of the service and of paid plans. Not cancellation of a physical wedding event.

Stopping use of the service

You may stop using Eventos Hub at any time. Simply discontinuing use does not automatically delete your data; retention and deletion are described in our Privacy policy.

Account deletion

To request closure of your account and deletion of personal data associated with it (subject to legal or legitimate retention needs), contact +91-9521115800support@eventoshub.com from your registered phone or email. We may verify your identity. Some celebration data may remain with hosts who invited you as a co-host; those hosts control their celebrations.

Plan renewals and paid hosting

Paid plans (Classic, Grand, Starter renewal, professional programme) generally renew or expire as shown at checkout and in your account. To avoid a future renewal charge, cancel or downgrade before the renewal date in accordance with in-app flows or by contacting support before the charge. Fees already paid for a period that has begun are addressed under our Refund policy.

Effect of cancellation

After cancellation or deletion, you may lose access to celebrations you hosted or co-hosted. We recommend exporting guest or hospitality data (where the app allows) before closure. We are not obliged to restore data after deletion except where required by law.

Our suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of our Terms of service, fraud, legal requirement, or risk to the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will try to notify you. Some obligations (for example payment for amounts already due, indemnities, and liability limits) survive termination.
