Operator. Eventos Innovations Private Limited operates Eventos Hub. This policy describes cancellation of your use of the service and of paid plans. Not cancellation of a physical wedding event.
Stopping use of the service
You may stop using Eventos Hub at any time. Simply discontinuing use does not automatically delete your data; retention and deletion are described in our Privacy policy.
Account deletion
Delete your account in the app (Account, Privacy, Delete account); it is deleted straight away. No app, or cannot sign in? Contact +91-9521115800eventoshub@bindalinfotech.com from your registered phone or email and we will delete it for you. See Delete account for what is removed. Celebrations you co-host belong to their host and stay with them.
Plan renewals and paid hosting
Starter, Classic and Grand hosting is paid per celebration, and the Planner plan per account, for a year at a time. In the Android and iPhone apps each extra year is a one-time purchase that never renews. A yearly renewal you set up to repeat can be stopped before its renewal date: for website payments in your Account page or by contacting us; for a subscription bought in an earlier version of the Android app in the Play Store (Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions); for one bought in an earlier version of the iPhone app in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Hosting already paid for runs to the end of its year. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
Effect of cancellation
After cancellation or deletion, you may lose access to celebrations you hosted or co-hosted. We recommend exporting guest or hospitality data (where the app allows) before closure. We are not obliged to restore data after deletion except where required by law.
Our suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of our Terms of service, fraud, legal requirement, or risk to the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will try to notify you. Some obligations (for example payment for amounts already due, indemnities, and liability limits) survive termination.
