Shipping & delivery policy

How access to Eventos Hub is delivered: electronic only. Last updated April 2026.

Operator. Bindal Infotech provides Eventos Hub as an online software service. We do not ship physical goods as part of the standard product.

No physical shipping

Eventos Hub does not require delivery of boxes, printed materials, or merchandise. There are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses for the core service. If we ever offer optional physical add-ons, those would be described separately at purchase with their own delivery terms.

Electronic delivery

After you create an account and, where applicable, complete payment, you receive access to Eventos Hub through your web browser and your account dashboard. "Delivery" means activation of your entitlement to use the features included in your plan, typically within minutes of successful registration or payment confirmation, subject to occasional maintenance or third-party outages.

Microsites and guest access

Your celebration microsite and guest links are served over the internet. Guests access them via URL on any supported device; no app install is required for guests for basic viewing and RSVP as described in product documentation.

Email and notifications

Operational emails (such as invitations when you use email features) are delivered electronically by our email provider. Delivery depends on recipient mail servers and spam filters; we do not guarantee inbox placement.
