Terms of service

Parties. These terms govern your use of Eventos Hub, a service operated by Eventos Innovations Private Limited (CIN U92490RJ2019PTC065894) ("we", "us"). By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Eventos Hub. Commercial or volume arrangements may be subject to a separate written agreement.

The service

Eventos Hub provides guest pages for celebrations, guest lists, galleries, messaging, schedules, optional plan purchases, and related features. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to host or co-host a celebration. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to RSVP, upload photos or use Find your photos. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful.

What hosts are responsible for

• Guest details. Only add people you are inviting, and only the details you need. Your guests should expect to hear from you.
• Messages. When you ask us to send WhatsApp messages or emails, send them only to guests who expect them. Guests can reply STOP to WhatsApp messages and we will honour it.
• Photos. Upload only photos you have the right to share. Photos on a public page can be seen by anyone with the link. Take down a photo when someone in it asks you to.
• Face matching. Find your photos is off until you, the host, turn it on. When it is on, our servers make face signatures from gallery photos so guests can find themselves, as explained in our Privacy policy. By turning it on you agree that guests will be shown how it works. Matching is automatic and can miss photos or show the wrong ones.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Eventos Hub for you and your guests. Our software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'.

There is no place on Eventos Hub for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything hateful, sexual, violent, harassing or otherwise hurtful. Anyone can report a photo, wish or update from the guest page or the app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and may block or remove the person who posted it. Hosts can also hide or remove anything posted to their celebration.

Plans and billing

Prices and limits are on Pricing and at checkout. Starter, Classic and Grand are bought and renewed per celebration: each celebration has its own plan and its own hosting year. The Planner plan is a yearly plan on your account that covers up to 10 celebrations at a time. Eventos Innovations Private Limited is not registered under GST; we do not add GST to Eventos Hub fees, and listed amounts are what you pay for our service (subject to applicable law).

On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay. In the Android app they go through Google Play, and in the iPhone app through the Apple App Store. Their terms apply to the payment. Renewals and refunds for app purchases are handled by the store you bought from. See our Refund policy and Cancellation policy.

Digital shagun (UPI)

When hosts display a UPI ID for shagun, guests send money directly to the host. We do not process, hold, or settle those peer-to-peer transfers and are not a payment institution. We are not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts regarding such payments.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eventos Innovations Private Limited and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Eventos Hub. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Eventos Hub in the twelve months before the claim (or, if greater, one hundred Indian rupees), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Eventos Innovations Private Limited against claims arising from your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity as described in our Cancellation policy. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a forum competent in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Complaints and Grievance Officer

To report content that breaks these terms or the law, or to raise any complaint about Eventos Hub, contact our Grievance Officer. We confirm we have it within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. Complaints about intimate images or someone pretending to be you are acted on within 24 hours.
