Parties. These terms govern your use of Eventos Hub, a service operated by Bindal Infotech ("we", "us"). By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Eventos Hub. Commercial or volume arrangements may be subject to a separate written agreement.
The service
Eventos Hub provides tools for celebration microsites, guest lists, galleries, messaging, schedules, optional plan purchases, and related features. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to upload content and guest data you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful activity.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Eventos Hub for you and your guests. Our software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'.
Plans and billing
Starter, Classic, Grand, and professional programme terms are described on Pricing and at checkout. Starter hosting validity may apply at the account level; Classic and Grand are generally purchased per celebration unless otherwise stated. Bindal Infotech is not registered under GST; we do not add GST to Eventos Hub fees, and listed amounts are what you pay for our service (subject to applicable law). Payments are processed by Razorpay (or another provider we name at checkout); their terms apply to the payment step. See our Refund policy and Cancellation policy.
Digital shagun (UPI)
When hosts display a UPI ID for blessings, guests send money directly to the host. We do not process, hold, or settle those peer-to-peer transfers and are not a payment institution. We are not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts regarding such payments.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bindal Infotech and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Eventos Hub. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Eventos Hub in the twelve months before the claim (or, if greater, one hundred Indian rupees), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Bindal Infotech against claims arising from your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity as described in our Cancellation policy. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a forum competent in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
